at the intersection of
State Road 1 (Leo Road)
and Union Chapel Road.

Metea Park is across
the street (Union Chapel)
to the north.

and the parking lot is on
Union Chapel Road. Please
use the access road from S. R. 1
to turn into our drive.

Continuing Education

From time to time the doctor and staff will be taking
classes to learn how to better care for your pet.
We appreciate your understanding when you may need
the doctor and brand he is not here.

Emergency Services
The doctor can be reached after regular office hours by calling the office to get a recorded message and home phone number. Should you be unable to reach Dr. Smits you are encouraged to call the Emergency Animal Clinic in Fort Wayne at (260) 426-1062.

Our webpage on First Aid will give you some information on what you can do at home before you transport your pet to the Emergency Animal Clinic. You will also find information on poisoning, wounds, bleeding, heat stroke, and other situations.





Fees

Dr. Smits believes you will find our fees very reasonable. Feel free to ask what services are going to cost before they are performed. We ask that all fees be paid in full at the time services are completed. We do accept cash, check, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa cards for your convenience.
